Reflection #2

       I'm a bit late to making my reflection post but I guess what I can talk about my week was just  how relaxed it has been for the past few days. Despite procrastination coming up behind me around the corner, the week has been somewhat eventful yet at the same time, relaxing. For instance, my sculpture is near completion and I'm satisfied with how it looks. Not only that but we're also supposed to create our summaries for how piece and the process of it. For me, I'm referring to it as "Ancient Giants" because it's a mythical animal that could've been roaming on earth before the humans took over. Additionally, the idea of them being the first beings to be created, and in turn, create their own world before it got took over, is an interesting concept to me. Like how mother nature takes over abandoned buildings or vehicles that we built and later, left behind.      Nothing eventful happens during my weekend since it's just my normal school and hom

     For the past few days my ankle has been on and off hurting, and it still is. I've been trying to rest it when I can of course, but it always starts hurting the next day. Yet besides that, it's been an eventful week, I haven't procrastinated as much as I used to so I guess that's saying something. Other than that, I've been enjoying making my website on Google Sites; I've been customizing it to my liking and I'm starting to like how it's been coming out so far. Other than that, I've took up a painting class which is also fun yet nerve-racking since I have zero experienced with the medium. Additionally, I also took up sculpture, but I'm pretty confident and happy of how my sculpture is coming along, too.      This is my first time making a blog because I'm not really the type to talk about things online.   From quitting work at a hedge fund business to being one of the wealthiest individuals in the world, Salman "Sal" Amin Khan created Khan Academy with the purpose of being able to provide anyone a system that breaks the repetitive cycle in education. In addition the is a free learning resource website that personalized for the use for all ages, inside and outside of school. In addition, Khan Academy is a tool that can be used for parents and teachers which allows them to see how their children are progressing as well as find ways that they could help them with the the teacher dashboard that's provided.  Khan is prime example of individuals who rose from poverty and thrive to gain success. His father left when he was only 18 months, but this too caused problems for his mother because she had to raise Kahn and his sister on her own, especially in the financial department.
